Shipping Information
Estimated Delivery
Kickstarter backers: Estimated delivery September 2026. US orders ship first, followed by EU and international.

Shipping Partners
We ship via tracked carriers (DHL, FedEx, or local postal service depending on region). Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships.
Return Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your ClawBox, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Product must be in original packaging, undamaged
- All accessories must be included (power adapter, cable, quick-start card)
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
- Refund processed within 5 – 10 business days of receiving the return
Defective Units
If your unit arrives defective or damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.
Exchanges
Want to upgrade from Starter to Pro? Contact us within 30 days — we'll arrange an exchange (price difference + return shipping applies).
